Day 8! Done.

I did pretty well today! The food wasn't the healthiest,  but I am focusing on managing calories first.  I will fine tune nutrition later. 

This is my first weekend as a single lady in a long time. and I am so thankful for my three little boys, because the loneliness is intense,and I don't want to succumb to the chocolate and wine route.

So here is the day in numbers!

And exercise:
20 squats 
5 burpees 

I would like to add some hiking to my fitness, but the weather has been nasty. Hopefully it clears up soon.
