Day 13---Pizza. There will be pizza

 So...I overindulged a little. Still less food than maintenance, mostly likely, but the thin 'n' crispy buffalo pizza was mighty tempting. I did paint my bedroom today and the weather was unusally cold, so I found myself rather hungrier than  usual.

I just tell myself this is one of those days meant to throw off my metabolism and keep it guessing:). I am afraid I am rather lacking in fruits and vegetables, but my aligners are really hurting my teeth right now and those foods hurt more!

Day 12 Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Getting good Ole St. Patty's Day going great! Started with a lighter than usual breakfast , followed by Covid shot #1. 

There was popcorn. A lot of popcorn today. I feel like my diet is too low on fruit, and I love fruit. However,  my aligners have been KILLING my teeth this week and fruit increases the pain. Steak and salad and raw veggies are tough, too.
I need to be more active. I guess I could take all the kids on a walk or to the nature center. I am having trouble getting motivated. It is really a matter of just getting out and doing it. 
My teeth hurt!

No Covid side effects yet!

Day 11

I didn't do too much physical activity, but calorie wise I stayed under 1500.

Pushing through the nighttime hunger

 

Monday my calorie count went a little high, but I it was still below maintenance. I found myself a little hungry in the evening, but I pushed through. I tend to be a hormonal and emotional eater, and since we are faily early "in the month" and I am on spring break, without the coworker stress and tension, I don't feel the need for comfort eating. 

My exercise was pretty limited as well. I did vacuum out the car, though!
